Privacy, Cancellation, Refund and Shipping Policies

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY
Queen Mary Tea Room is dedicated to protecting your privacy and personal information. All of your personal information is protected by our (SSL) encryption technology. This securely encrypts and protects all of your personal data including your name, address and credit card information so that it can not be read by anyone over the internet. We value your trust and work to ensure that your personal information that you provide us will be fully secured and protected.

We will never rent, share, sell or give your personal information to 3rd parties.

CANCELLATIONS
RESERVATIONS - If you are unable to make your reservation, you must give a 48 hour notice. If notice is not given you will be charged $10 per person for each “no show”. Notice can be emailed containing your name, time and a contact phone number at reservations@queenmarytea.com or speak to a staff member by calling 206-527-2770.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged on all products and orders shipping to WA. Actual tax amount is applied at the state level when placing your order and may vary depending on the county your product is shipped to.

REFUND POLICY
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, the Queen Mary Tea Room is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or discontinued. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card for items that we cannot fulfill. Items that are temporarily out of stock will be shipped at the earliest convenience.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped, on average, within 48-72 hours from the time your order is placed. On average you should expect to receive your order within 8-12 business days from the time that you place your order.

You may choose between USPS or UPS as your shipping method. We make every effort to make sure your Queen Mary Tea Room merchandise arrives unharmed. If an item arrives chipped, broken, or damaged in some way, please contact shipping@queenmarytea.com immediately.

In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number. Email us at shipping@queenmarytea.com to obtain a return number.
