These are a tasty twist on our Brown Sugar Shortbread cookies. They have the cool, crisp flavor of lemon with the subtle after-burn of ginger.
This bag makes two complete recipes of Shortbread Cookies. For EACH recipe, you need: ½ cup (1 stick) butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), sugar, baking powder (sodium acid pyro-phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), salt.
