Walk-ins are welcome for a pot of tea and dessert, space permitting.
Guests not ordering full meals are welcome on a "first come, first served" basis.
We cannot accept reservations if you are only visiting us for a pot of tea and dessert.
Reservations are accepted for full meals only (Brunch, Lunch, Formal Afternoon Tea).
Online reservations are limited to a maximum of 5. Please call 206.527.2770 for larger parties.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 45 minutes for parties of up to 3; and 2 hours for parties of 4+
Guests may decrease the number of their party up until 72 hours prior to their reservation. Changes made within the 72 hour window prior to their reservation may be assessed a 25. per person late cancellation or no-show fee. If you need to cancel, you must either talk to the staff or send an email to TeaRoom@QueenMaryTea.com 72 hours before your reservation. Please do NOT leave a voicemail.
Reservations for parties of 8 or more are accepted only for the final seating of the day. Afternoon Tea will be served for any party of 8 or more.
20% gratuity is added to parties of 6 or more. 80% of service charges and tips are pooled and shared equally among the wait staff, 20% goes to the kitchen staff.
We are happy to split checks up to 4 ways.
We ask one adult accompaniment for every 2-3 children aged 10 or under.
Queen Mary does not have highchairs or booster seats available.

We do not allow outside food or drink (unless previously determined to be related to health issues).
There is no formal dress code. Come as you are!
While we offer some gluten-free options, please be aware that our kitchen is not dedicated gluten-free and cross-contamination may occur; we cannot guarantee complete absence of gluten and do not recommend our gluten-free items for those with Celiac disease.
